Our 30-Day Refund Process
Contact our customer support at reel.vision.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your glasses to initiate a return. Please package the item securely in its original condition and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll begin processing your refund. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- The glasses must be in their original, unused condition.
- They must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All tags, protective films, and packaging should remain intact.
- The product should be returned in its original box or case.
Quality Check and Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our team will perform a full quality inspection to confirm it meets our return standards. Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to complete the transaction.
Damaged or Defective Glasses
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Reel Vision covers the cost of shipping your order to you; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This approach allows us to keep our prices fair and competitive for all customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once your order has a tracking number or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you cancel an order before shipment, please note that a 5% administration fee applies to cover processing costs.
